THE UNBOUND SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS, BUGS, OR INTERRUPTIONS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE SERVICE IS AN EDUCATIONAL AND SELF-REFLECTION TOOL ONLY. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS COMPREHENSIVE AND APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time by deleting your account and ceasing all use of the Service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Apple EULA constitute the entire agreement between you and The Kind Crew OÜ.
